Carolyn is a dream come true as a tutor!  My daughter, Sophie, had always been a solid math student, but she was not in the honors section of the 6th grade.  Sophie asked me if she could get a tutor outside of class to work on her skills and try to be moved into the advanced math section.  With Carolyn's help, Sophie was swiftly moved up, and her confidence soared.  In my daughter's words: "Carolyn is the best tutor because she is kind, warm and patient.  She's so supportive and feels like a friend."  As a mom, I couldn't ask for a better partner than Carolyn. She took initiative and stayed on top of the school's lesson plan by corresponding directly with Sophie's math teacher. Carolyn and I were always in regular touch via text -- she was invested in my daughter's progress in such a genuine, heartfelt way.  Most importantly, Carolyn instilled a love of math in Sophie and was her champion.   Carolyn is an extraordinary person and teacher -- she's simply the best.
